Jon Schlenske, CDP, MHP
Jon has been with Community Detox of Spokane since October 2002. Jon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University. He is also a Washington Chemical Dependency Counselor, as well as a designated Mental Health Professional. In addition, Jon is completing his Master’s Degree in Addiction Studies through the University of South Dakota, with an anticipated completion date of May 2015.
Jon has supervised many programs at CDS and believes highly in client-centered care and the disease model of addiction.

Ron Tussey M.Ed, LMHC, CDP, MHP
Mental Health Supervisor
Ron oversees all mental health staff for both the DEP and IOP programs. He received both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Whitworth University and is also an adjunct professor on the School of Education faculty at Whitworth, currently. He has received specialized training in Motivational Interviewing from WSU, CRAFT Family Training through the University of New Mexico and Trans-personal psychology from the C.G. Jung Institute in San Francisco.
Tina Kiehnle CDP
DEP Admissions Coordinator
Tina is the DEP Admissions Coordinator. She has been with Community Detox Services for over two years and possesses an Associate of Applied Science in Addiction Counseling, a Bachelor of Science in Counseling with an Emphasis in Addiction, and is currently working on a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling. Her responsibilities include all DEP admissions, LRA's, Special Population Consultations, all medication scheduling with ARNP's, and collaboration with Eastern State Hospital and the E&T's for client treatment options and medication needs.
Lisa Taylor CDP
Involuntary Treatment Specialist
Lisa is the Involuntary Treatment Specialist at Community Detox Services of Spokane. She obtained her CDP coursework at Spokane Falls Community College and her Bachelor's Degree at Eastern Washington University. She is continuing her education at Whitworth University.
Emergency Service Patrol Supervisor
Don is the supervisor of the Emergency Service Patrol. He has been employed at Detox for 19 years. Don started working part time and on-call in the sobering unit. In the past he has worked the Detox desk as a CDPT and as the supervisor of the Sobering Unit.
